extra maintenance- pressure washing and repairs to vinyl siding, tree removal insurance increase (budgeted in July paid in August)
*focus for next month- getting income back and finding room in budget for additional exterior maintenance
Quote from Ted (storm waters) to do a property assessment- $1100 just for report. Probably should bid out to a contractor who can actually perform the repairs.
Question about the exterior doors- who's responsible? owners
2002 building issues- october scheduled to dig and assess the settling issues
water usage- $500-$1000 per building to install individual water meeter
pros: determine individual water usage, easier to find leaks,
cons: cost more?,

Capital Accounts- step up rates at Welis' Fargo (.01' .11r .21' .31) increases every 6 months and may make withdraws penalty free every 6 months
