Phillip (Toby) Terrell moved to authorize a financial audit with a Certified Public Accountant unaffiliated with neither The Preiss Company nor Wilson Property Management, not to exceed $2,000 in cost. Amber Stotesbury seconded the motion. The motion was passed 5 in favor, 0 against.
