This communication is in reference to University Woods water system.
As you know the installation of the water meters is complete. We want to thank all of you for your cooperation in the major hurdle in the process. We are now left with the final details of the installation which requires the City of Raleigh to make a final inspection. We need the keys to all units for the inspection. If you rent from Wilson Property Management, Preiss or Abare Management we will arrange for access by the City and this is to make you aware of the inspection.
If you do not have rental management with one of the above companies we need you or your representative to provide a key for inspection no later than November 10, 2017. Should we not receive your keys, the permit will expire on November 22, 2017. The permit process is no longer that of University Woods and becomes the owner responsibility.
