Please mark your calendar for Wednesday, February 20, 2019. The Annual Meeting of the Homeowners Association will be at 6 PM in the Clubhouse located at 3750 Pardue Woods Place Raleigh, NC 27606.
One of the agenda items for the Annual Meeting is electing new Board members. If you are interested in serving on the Board please contact Jeb Black. We will also be reviewing last years accomplishments.
We will also be discussing upcoming projects and current events. The Board has recognized that many of the units have sold over the past few years and encourage new owners to attend. University Woods has experienced increased sales prices over the last years. The HOA is working to make sure the property continues to appreciate over the upcoming years. With new sales on the rise Radon tests are common and the Board is happy to make any reasonable architectural accommodations to work with owners to remediate any problems that may arise.
